The few times I have come in to this jewelry store I have found it over priced and the man who works there (the owner I'm guessing?) exceptionally rude. Recently my parents brought my wedding band from the USA to the UK after it had been resized and I was disappointed to discover that two small diamonds were missing. I was NOT surprised when my father later told me that he had brought it to Robert Bernard for sizing. The sizing service cost way more than it should have, and then I had to pay additional money in London to have the diamonds replaced. My mother shops there on occasion and got a bracelet a few years back, she is constantly taking it in to get repaired. Shoddy, over priced work and nasty attitude.
