        They called at 3pm the day before I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9am to tell me it was not available. Instead of offering any apology or help, they told me that I would have to call Budget customer service to secure a different truck or location. I called budget immediately and told them I could go to another location and they said a manager would call me within 2 hours. No call. Called them and got the same answer, that they'd talk to the inventory manager and get back to me, which again never happened. Ended up having to rent another truck with a different company for more money.

        AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Cancelled my reservation less than 24hrs before my pick-up time (that's I've booked a week ahead), which resulted in me having to frantically search for a new truck with other companies further away and at a higher cost. This is very irresponsible and unprofessional. I will never used Budget/Main St. location for any purpose or recommend to anyone. PICK ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
