IHOP

A sure sign of a great restaurant it is always busy and always a long wait for good customer service and good food. Get rid of the smells like you got a top notch restaurant.

I love the staff and service at this location. But the building itself needs to be gutted. It smells like it is the original carpet that has not been cleaned. I will no longer patronize this location. I will go over to Liberty Rd. 3 stars because the food is good, order is always accurate, hot and service is friendly and courteous.

I asked for German crepes which comes with lemon butter. I got 3 slices of lemon on top of the crepes.

First off, let me tell you all about the smell: a mix farm/ crap smell, cleaning supplies, lack of hygiene, and small rotting mice. The place was as "clean" as you'd expect… torn seats in the booth, and dirty looking syrup bottles, scratches on the wood along the window sills. the standard wear and tear. The server came up to us within 5 minutes, and was pleasant, however he didn't have enough clean glasses to serve our party of 2- but thats not his fault really.. The food arrived within 10 minutes of us ordering as it should, but there were issues with that as well (we both got the split decision), our pancake had green spongy looking crap on it, much like fungus, and when I asked the server he walked away, so I just didn't eat it, or call the manger because it truly not worth the time over some eggs and pancakes… the eggs tasted like someone rubbed rubbing alcohol on them, and even now my throat is inflamed. We ate almost nothing of our meal due to everything above, and walked to the checkout line which had 3 parties in front of us, and took 10 minutes to finish processing their payments. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they're my enemy, nor would I let my cat eat anything from there. I would be happy if I was able to throw up what i just ate
