Very clean and organized store. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I price matched almost everything I bought to save money, as their prices are a little high for some items. The coupons they send in the mail make up for the higher prices. I will plan on coming back to this store the next time I need office supplies in Reisterstown.

The customer service was HORRIBLE and they made me and my spouse highly uncomfortable. Me and my spouse were looking for a printer and decided to come here at the last minute before the store closed around 7:30pm. We walked into the store and the alarm went off as soon as we walked in the store. As we walked in and started looking around all the (white) employees were crowded around the front of the store hanging out. (I'm assuming ready to clock out). No one said ANYTHING....A hello, hi, how can we help you? They just STARED and just watched us as we went to look around. While we were looking at printers one of the employees were on our backs! Like you would've thought he knew us! (Not six feet apart he was just watching us and in our personal space). I said to him: we are looking for a printer are you going to help us? He just stood there and looked us dead in our face and basically followed us around the printer section not saying anything! (I didn't know Office Depot had security)? I guess since we are African American and we came into the store and the alarm went off his self and the staff felt as though we needed to be watched! Please train your white employees on customer service! If I didn't need a printer that BAD I would've took my money some where else. Spending $200 on a printer and getting treated uncomfortable is disgusting. To make it worse when we checked out since we were spending our hard earned MONEY. They was all pleasant at check-out and trying to be helpful. Very Phony! Please train your staff on the right proper procedure on how to handle customer situations. Thank You!

Print & Copy Center has been extremely busy and understaffed for their work load. Manager presence was limited to help out the team. My print job I ordered online to be double sided, in color, laminated and hole punch when I arrived and reviewed my order. It was single sided, not laminated and not hole punched. $15 for my order not to be correct. No one seems to care. Want it redone and my money back.
