First experience using them was pretty good. That was for correcting breaker issues in a breaker box and installing GFCI outlets. Second time using them was great, Oliver came out and resolved a power surge issue, as a courtesy. Third time using them for a smoke detector installation was a little rougher, but after a miscommunication on DC building code, Oliver graciously agreed to refund the labor cost, in response to a review I left here expressing my disappointment and after consulting his master electrician. It takes a big person to apologize and a bigger person to issue a refund. Oliver is okay in my book. Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation, Installation

Second time I used Pike was not as good of an experience as the first time. I edited this review because Oliver apologized for the initial miscommunication on which smoke detectors would be acceptable and refunded the labor cost. It takes a big person to apologize and a bigger person to offer a refund.
