Precision Paving with a hard working trustworthy owner I got three estimates, from trusted referrals, on repaving my large driveway and laying down a new asphalt parking pad. M.S.P. was slightly more expensive but the owner was the most responsive, provided the greatest detail in his quote (describing and quantifying each step) and, overall, giving me the best "vibe". He also was able to work around my schedule and sent me frequent (appreciated) updates via text. Morris, the fourth generation owner, was on time and on site for the entire project. Even with his hard working helpers, he did the brunt of the work and applied his skilled hand to every task. I was most impressed with his attention to detail, hard work (never took a break) and absolute trustworthiness. He had plenty of opportunities to cut corners but never skipped a step or cheated on materials. He quoted me for 3" of asphalt and by golly, 3"+ is what he delivered. He also put down a 12x18' pad under an existing (new) carport; removing sod, spreading foundational gravel, and laying and rolling the asphalt without even a scratch on my structure. True precision!
