Very good starters and the entree I tried was tasty too (though a bit heavy for summer time, not a knock against the food, just a knock against me ordering it while it was hot out!)
The place is nicely done, and the Lowland-fusion menu is an interesting and good twist. The server seemed a bit... bored and unhurried but was attentive enough. I'd go back.

Recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Saphron's. It couldn't have run smoother. The staff was so attentive to my requirements and the needs of my guests. And, the food was beyond excellent. Totally recommend this restaurant for private gatherings or for just a lovely evening out.
