My previous real estate agent owned her own company and referred me to one of her agents to help me look for a home. I must say she was very rude and extremely unprofessional. My aunt referred me to the Guevara Group where I met Luisa who was one of their agents. I decided to let go of my previous agent and started working with Luisa. And, I must say that it was the best move I ever made in this process. Luisa has been wonderful to work with. It was a pleasure working with Luisa. She was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She was very responsive from the beginning as she kept me informed every step of the way. I had the experience of working with her as a seller and then a buyer. I was apprehensive about selling my place as it needed a lot of work but Luisa worked with me as if she is a friend and guided me at every stage.
