        The cleaning was rough, long and business oriented. The hygienist asked me if Im sensitive when I had a spasm of movement while she was cleaning an aria highly sensitive. At the end she told me that next time I should ask for gel numbness. I believe this should have been part of her knowledge and use it on the spot instead asking me if Im sensitive. The assessments of my teeth situation by using the camera and taking pictures of my teeth was strongly emphasized as problems that need urgent treatment although I mention that I have my dentist and Im schedule for future treatments. I believe offering cleaning is a way for dentists to recruit new patients and thats OK as long as is not done aggressively and generating bad feeling to the patient.
