WARNING --DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'M A MILITARY FAMILY AND I PRAY THAT NONE OF MY MILITARY FAMILY OR FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE TO ENDURE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE...I have never experienced such disrespect from a company in my life. They came to my house took apart my heating system and left it. When I called the office manager to asked when the additional parts would be in she was very rude and told me to find someone else to make the repairs if I don't like it. I informed the Manager that I had an elderly parent and that It would be hard to go with out heat too long. She proceeded to hang up on me and told me to never call their office again and that she wouldn't be returning. How can a company be this rude and unprofessional because I'm asking about a time line and when the repairs would be done. I'm still in SHOCK that a professional company can behave in this matter and get away with it. I have also reported them to the BBB. I don't want anyone to have to endure this type of behavior. I have always done reviews on company about the good service, but this is my first time experiencing this type of service. I FEEL THAT I NEED TO WARN ANYONE WHO PLANS TO USE AIR SUPPLY HEATING SERVICES.
