Kingdom has been our HVAC service team going back to at least 2017. We have a service contract on two AC units in OC. Last Friday we called late in the afternoon (when businesses close) with a no cooling problem and Dustin came out in about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. We had a failed blower unit. Since the supply house was closed, he promised to follow up early Monday morning. Long story short, we had cold air at 1:15PM on Monday. Incredible service.

And this is not the first time. We lost most cooling in the other unit several years ago on the July 4th weekend with a full house. Because we had the service contract, we were taken care of right away and back to enjoying our weekend. We eventually replaced that unit and Rick explained our options clearly. We really appreciate them and anticipate being their client for many years to come.
(Note: The service contract gives us two PM visits per year. They always contact us to schedule a visit every 6 months.

Late in 2018 I called Rick from Kingdom Heating & Air on a recommendation from a friend. He was able to get someone out to me within 24 hours and my problem was solved. I signed up for a 3 year contract for annual maintenance checks and had my heating system checked. Unfortunately, after 6 months, Rick had to call me and tell me he had lost some staff, couldn't keep up with the workload and was reducing his operating area. While I was very disappointed, I was completely impressed with his professionalism in personally calling his customers that he could no longer support and giving their money back for their contracts. What an honest business owner and true professional. As much as I'd like to have him back, I know how tough running a small business can be and sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. I wish him and his company well.
