If you have real estate needs in Maryland, you need to come to TBG. I purchased my first home with Bethany in an unbelievably tough buyers market, and my experience was so phenomenal from start to finish that I decided to enlist TBG's services to sell my condominium too! Bethany and Melissa were not only super organized, attentive, and helpful through every step of the buying process, but they were also very kind, patient, and caring. While I did not have the opportunity to work with Tina this time around, she reached out to me nonetheless to congratulate me on the purchase of my home. I was blown away by her thoughtfulness. The folks at TBG truly care about their clients, and I cannot say enough good things about them or my experience. My fiancé and I are moving cross-country to Maryland and we couldn’t have gone with a better realtor group. My fiancé chose the group from their great reviews and women-led business values/practices. We were really unsure about finding anything in Maryland at first, but the minute our soon-to-be house came in our alerts box, we jumped on it and our realtor, Bethany, went as soon as she could, FaceTimed us during the tour, and she helped us make the best decisions and the best bid for our dream house! We couldn’t have gotten luckier with any part of it! We also went with their recommended partners and it was worth it, they work really smoothly with each other. Bethany and her team communicates very well and has kept us both in the loop, everyone was just a text or call away. Bethany even offered to give advice for selling our current house, which was super nice. She was so easy to talk to for both of us and made the process so painless, which really helps when in between buying and selling - she really understood the stress that comes with moving cross-country. And Melissa, the client concierge has also been really friendly and helpful, sending us updates and reminding us of tasks to complete before our trip to Maryland. I know we’ll look to them if we ever have to sell our house, because I know I can trust them to get the job done. Thank you, ladies!
