I've used FJ Klein & Sons for a number of substantial jobs. Their prices are fair, they always do an outstanding job, and are efficient and responsive. I'll be happy to use them again in the future.

While I haven't used them yet for plumbing services, I wanted to write a glowing review for their customer service: 1. Someone answered the phone when I called this morning. I called other plumbers who were supposed to be open but didn't answer. 2. They were kind and personable. 3. They took the time to suggest a cheaper way I may be able to fix the problem on my own. 4. They have a flat rate for services. They explained to me exactly what they would do if they had to come out and how much they would charge for that service regardless of the time it took to complete. It was the first time I'd ever heard, "That service is listed on page 36. It will be $XX and this is what will be included. . ." This is the kind of service that ensures I WILL be using this company when we need a plumber. Fingers crossed we won't today.

Service was accommodating and professional. Extremely prompt in correcting a minor glitch in the work done.
