Do not use Shelly! She is extremely unprofessional and charges an absurd amount of money for a sub par product. She didn’t listen to a thing we asked for! She is rude in person and on the phone. If you want a smooth wedding day, this is not the florist for you.

My daughter was married this weekend. We paid $5824 for flowers and lighting. We got NOTHING that we asked for. Repeatedly, I told her I did not want white flowers. We got mostly white flowers in the center pieces and bridesmaid bouquets. The bride's bouquet was supposed to be roses of varied shades of pink with wispy foliage. We got one shade of pink and white roses that did not look like the pictures she showed us. The mothers of bride and groom got one white rose with baby's breath. The groomsmen's boutonnieres were supposed to be pink calla lilies. We got pink roses. We were supposed to have an outdoor Chuppah with branches but it rained. She gave us plastic bubblegum-colored flowers, and used the same plastic flowers for the place card table. We paid for a lighting package: $500. It was just pink lit walls, not worth the $500. Three days before the wedding, my daughter called, texted and messaged on FB; no answer. It was not until the last available day did we hear from her. Her manner from the beginning was cold, short and not at all friendly. I expected much better for the $5824. I would not recommend her to anyone. While we enjoyed the wedding and the flowers were not ugly, they were not what we wanted.

Great local shop for those who work downtown. Been visiting this small gem for about 8 years now. Cheaper than it should be in price, still awesome. Always call first, they close randomly...I think.

Charged me a lot of money. Did not deliver as per contract.Waiting for refund for almost a year now.
