Tall Oaks Restaurant

Elegance and class have arrived! Just when I mourned the loss of Windows on the Bay and wished for a restaurant worthy of downtown Annapolis without the drive, Tall Oaks was reborn and reinvented. Some of the old favorites survive both places along with a changing menu depending on freshness, availability and the chef's creativity. A professionally trained chef meets the Maryland palate with ease and finesse. The signature salad is to die for, the original fried hard crab is a classic. From elegant cocktails to beautifully prepared soups and entrees, all the way to desserts (the house Banana dessert is a must), it is worth every penny and calorie. I've even hosted 2 corporate lunches here and the response from everyone has been outstanding! Dennis worked with us every step of the way so the events were picture perfect and within budget. My only complaint at all is that the dining chairs are not very comfortable. Don't miss out, whether it's a special occasion or just a night that needs to feel like one!

My first time was on a Groupon voucher for 4 people. Heard great reviews and took my sister, niece and nephew from Ocean Pines MD. I was not disappointed--We loved it! Cream of crab soup, portabella mushrooms and stuffed shrimp were fantastic! Service was great, staffer was helpful and very personable. Liked the atmosphere and design. Really reasonable prices. We will certainly return!
