Fix leaks under sink three times still leaks had to have.another plumber come out and fix their mistakes will never use mr Rooter again

Met with Rich Bush and later Nate Hurley and both were very professional and courteous, going out of their way to make sure my main sewage line was clear. They also arrived same day as call and used camera to check piping system to ensure additional flooding will not be an issue. Great job!

I posted on review for Mr. Rooter earlier today but don't see it showing now so let me try again. Corrine, the dispatcher and customer service representative extraordinaire has been a huge help to me and my family. Matt, the service professional who showed up and promised not to leave until it was fixed was true to his promise! We've had a clog pipe for almost a week and today, we have running water. Thank you both, so much! I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Your Review I had an intermittent leak from a pipe that was in my basement dropped ceiling. I found it totally by accident. The pipe went from the basement to the two upper floors. I couldn't examine the pipe because it disappeared behind an air duct and other piping. I had visions of all my walls being torn apart to find the leak. The technician came and narrowed down the possibilities and after only cutting three holes, found the pipe and the point where the pipe it had to be cut and to fix the problem. He saved the pieces of drywall so that the holes could easily be fixed. The technician was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. They will surely be the company I will call whenever I have another plumbing problem.

Service was great. Plumber found an unexpected issue and corrected it while on site-having all the needed extra parts on his truck. Job site was left clean and plumber was very nice as well. Will recommend your Company to friends and neighbors.
