Low price and polite workers, but we had many issues that remain unresolved after many weeks of the work being completed. There was a chip in the tub that was covered with primer to hide the issue. We are not sure when it happened, but the issue was resolved quickly. We had to discover it and report it, however.
The incorrect spout was added to the tub because the guy they sent out didn't seem to have the experience or ability to attach the (more expensive) spout that matched the shower head and lever. The baseboards they put down were also a bit warped and left large gaps that we have now had to fix on our own. I called the front desk and owner several times. The last time we actually got a return call or spoke to someone was weeks ago when they said they "would see" if the plumber could come out to fix the spout.
Again, they were the lowest priced team and seemed like a nice family-owned business, but the tail end of the work has really soured our experience with this team. We will continue to keep in touch and I'll update this if I receive a response, but for now I cannot recommend them.
