We had an exorcist-puke by a 5 year old in our car this past weekend, and Mike came out ASAP and made it all better without judging or making me feel bad about the state of my car. He was so kind and professional and knew what he was doing and it was a GREAT experience. A+ on everything from customer service to the work done to everything! I had a fantastic auto detailer end up leaving the profession- so my expectations were very high. I read the reviews for Mike at Taking it to the Next Level Detailing and called him. He not only answered right away, but had the time to fit me in same day! Although unexpected I greatly appreciated it. Mike is what I would call a PROFESSIONAL. He did an outstanding job making my Tesla look like new. He takes extreme pride in his business, customer service and results. Hes been in business over 30 years and I see why I personally try to find the very best in every good or service I require- resulting in a lot of my family and friends seeking my advice when they find themselves looking for the best product or service.
