        Friendly but super slow service. The lady is friendly but she needs the help of an additional coworker. I have only been in the store once when there was two people working. However, each time I go in there are consistently 4+ customers waiting and the wait is at least 30 minutes each time. PLEASE add additional workers!!!

        Everytime I got to this location for the need of a notary, the person is never there. I would like to make a retraction on the UPS National Harbor location. The previous information provided was meant for the Clinton, MD location. I was greeted at the door by the employee who assisted me in getting my documents notarized. I was in the store no more than 15 minutes (that was long enough to get a ticket for not putting money in the meter, lol).
