Great Bar service. Good eats. The fried pickles was tasty. Bull Riding is an option for $1 (have to sign a waiver). Nice for family or solo trip. Public parking garage near by. Good for bar hopping.

Very great experience! Ambience and atmosphere was very calm and all staff was very attentive, our server, Israel Rodriguez, had amazing customer service, was very friendly and truly made our experience worthwhile with his attentiveness and genuine care! Food came out hot and timely, and there was no complaints from our party as it was all delicious and an overall great experience. Will definitely be returning in the future!!

Food was just okay. Bartender didn't wash hand when leaving restroom. Had to find a waitress for condiments after food was served.

Today 04/07/2024 me and my family had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cadillac Ranch. The customer service was abysmal from start to finish. The waitress Elise seemed disinterested and unhelpful, the busboys were inattentive rude and rushed us, and to top it off, a man dropped our food on the floor before even reaching our table. Despite the numerous mishaps, there was never really a genuine effort to make things right or offer any sort of discount until after the fact and even that was a issue because it seemed as though the mention of comping the food altogether was a inconvenience for the restaurant owner. Overall, a truly frustrating and unsatisfactory dining experience. Definitely not a good place to dine.
