I’m addressing the situation we fixed your vehicle your vehicle came into my shop as a theft claim you have a Hyundai Santa Fe the most common vehicle for theft the passenger side rear door window was broken out and the whole ignition was busted I apologize if the process took longer then usual but when parts are on back order meaning they have no ETA of when those parts are coming in we as a body shop don’t have any control over that all we can do is wait and yes it took 3 months because Hyundai didn’t have the parts in stock and once again I apologize if the process took longer then usual to fix your vehicle but once those parts came in we replaced your broken parts so I understand your frustration if it took us a long time to fix your vehicle but a lot of big and small shops had a hard time getting the ignition switches for the HYUNDIA Elantra the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Kia’s and you called me weeks later after you picked your vehicle up and said to me that we put the wrong steering column in your vehicle and I told you we never had to replace your steering column in your vehicle so can you explain to me what does the ignition switch and the upper and lower steering column covers have anything to do with how your vehicle run remember your vehicle was a theft claim if your vehicle had mechanical issues you could’ve let your insurance know about them and they would’ve addressed that situation because it could’ve been related to your vehicle being stolen
