I booked a vacation with Heather to Cancun. I have been such a pain between calling and emailing her regarding my trip and she was so sweet and understanding. Very professional travel agency!

I celebrated my 50th birthday along with 19 of my friends in a grand resort in Cancun. It was a pleasure working with Heather at Fare Deals. She handled every detail from beginning to end to ensure I would have a fabulous experience. I will use Fare Deals for all of future travel plans.

This travel agency is absolutely atrocious, and I would not recommend that anyone use them, ever. When my husband, 7 month old, and I travelled to Mexico and paid for transfers, they gave us the name of the wrong company for transfer (who unsurprisingly had to record of us). You can imagine our shock, having to argue with the transfer company about our name being on the list, and then having to pay out of pocket with a taxi...all late at night, in Mexico, and with a baby. After admitting their mistake, they nonetheless refused to refund our cab fare and gave us a $50 voucher, good only for future vacation! As if! Avoid this company!
