I have found the staff to always be pleasant despite having several experiences with rude customers. However they do seem to be understaffed many times at lunchtime and they tend to have problems with their ice/soda machine.

Poor service. We waited 20 minutes before someone came out and told me that the steak was unthawed and if I still wanted it. Yes. I then waited an additional 20 minutes. The server forgets our drinks when she delivers the food, so we have to ask for them. My husband ordered a salad and although the server said that she would have someone bring it out, he of course did not receive it. However, my food was pretty good.

So I enter the shop at 2:10 and all is good. I get to the counter order (repeat my order twice) and they do not have enough money Iin the register for a change for a twenty? My change comes 15 minutes later and my order 10 minutes after. The order is wrong and I still can not understand why 5 people are behind the counter and my order is wrong. This place sucks!!! The amount of food you get for the buck is not good and service was awful!!

Really good food. Ive been back twice. I always have to try a place twice in order to write a review and I must say I am impressed. Great service, keep up the good work.

We go there at least once a week for their flatbread. My little ones love the bread and it's a good price for freshly made bread that lasts a while. The menu items are not cheap but the quality is good.
