This company was not my choice the dealership choice. I had almost perfect credit score and always pd my vehicle off. My payment have never been higher than $500 but this company payment is $755 almost the same as my mortgage. I always make payments on time only had the vehicle 14 months had financial difficulty and needed two months extention which they granted me one month which I knew would make me delinquent but my home is my first financial priorit, Well my late fee is $76 crazy amount. Life throws a curve ball sometimes and these companies need to recognize that.

Basically this company has terrible ratings because most of their clientele probably aren't paying on time. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. They gave me a loan when nobody else would. Yes the interest rate was high, but that's my fault. I've made all my payments on time and I never had any problems with them. I recently called needing assistance and spoke with Barron. He was courteous and respectful. Helped me very quickly. So in short, if you pay on time, this is not a terrible company.
UPDATE: After some sacrifice & hard work, I was able to improve my credit enough to refinance my auto loan through another bank for a much lower rate. Throughtout the entire process, Regional Acceptance was very helpful with all my document requests. The woman I spoke with was courteous and respectful. She even congratulated me on my refinance approval.
I am certain that all the bad reviews are from people that didn't pay on time. But if you have consistent income, and are positive that you can afford the payments, I would definitely recommend this company.
