We purchased a new home and had David rekey all the locks. We started with a ton of different keys, some locks without keys, and some fancy locks we had never used before. David explained how the fancy locks worked, moved some locks to different doors, and fixed some malfunctioning deadbolts as well. Had them re-key my whole house. Setting the appointment was super easy and David is a true pro. He explained everything he was doing to me and my wife and when he had to do some extra stuff we weren't expecting, he showed us why it needed to be done. Definitely the right call.

Perfect. Responded to my online request with availability and pricing upfront within 5 minutes. Kept me updated on arrival and showed up when promised. He wore a mask, very kind and cordial.
