        Horrible experience. Left my 17 y.o. son stranded at the connecting airport and said, "she's not paying for an alternate airline." Didn't even try to contact the airlines to see what options are available. 100% worthless / no service agent. I can't believe the Navy would use a travel agency like this. New name: Worst Connection Travel.
