Great customer service and a nice place to go when you need a simple repair or new glasses

Be sure to confirm every appointment prior to your appointment time. I took a day off from work to make my appointment and when I showed up I was told my appointment had been cancelled and someone should have called me. No one called me. Now I have to find a new optometrist and optician, set up a new appointent and take ANOTHER day off from work. These guys cost me hundreds of dollars and PTO time because of their incompetence. Cancelling your clients appointments without notice is a great way to go out of business.

They saved my vacation and are my new heros! After losing my glasses in the ocean on the 1st day of my vacation, I thought for sure my vacation was over. Desperately hoping for a miracle I came across their website and gave them a shot! They were able to get me a new pair of glasses within 30 minutes! They are very professional, reasonably priced and so caring and understanding. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, they deserve 100 stars! Thank you

Absolutely loved them! The place was very clean and cozy, the workers, were all so sweet and helpful. Debbie, Heather and Bob were All very very kind. Thanks to them I was able to get a really good pair of glasses in under 30 minutes at a decent price.

Being on vacation should be about comfort, fun and safety... Well I lost my glasses in the ocean.. and I thought it was all done for. But I found this place and I will never look back. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced, got me glasses within 20-30min.. had very reasonable prices.. honestly thinking about coming down here every two years to get my eye exam and glasses from them, they are that good. Thank you for getting me my eyes back, 10 out of 5 stars .
