GGPM has been taking care of my properties more than a year now. They are very profession and well-organized. I am informed promptly any time we need attention for properties, repair, improvement, insurance, HOA, and many others. It makes me understand the progress and react on time to resolve the issues. When I ask help they respond promptly and take care of it. They do not just run the process for themselves. For example, when a ground hog was found on the property, they contacted County first to get free government assistance program. We learned it was not a process that County would involve. We decided to get help from private company and they did good job. GGPM followed the steps to save my cost. They have checked all of my properties exterior issues, and recommended repair or improvement where issues were found. GGPM helped me keep the properties in good shape, which hold the value better. When plumbing issues occurred, they react promptly to prevent no additional damages. All procedures were reported by email with pictures and explanation. When the insurance company wanted to survey my properties, they arranged the time well for me. When rent payment issue occurs, I am informed about the tenant situation and what they would do to resolve the situation. The monthly report of rent income and expenses let me understand every action taken in the properties. Especially the annual cash flow report is a big help for tax preparation. It is well summarized and very good to review a whole year business. The email communications and phone calls are friendly and warm. They understand what I want, and take care of it professionally. I may go on more. I hope other people are also get help from GGPM. I believe they will be satisfied as I am.
