Cathy was a wonderful resource during a very difficult time. She set up all meetings and coordinated with the facilities which saved a slew of calls and emails. She found the perfect place for my dad.

I wish I knew about Kriste at Oasis three years earlier when I was first looking to find a high-quality assisted living center with predictable costs for my mother. But at least I found her when it was time to move my mother. Kriste was fabulous, scheduling helpful site visits that perfectly matched our situation. She knows the challenges of elder care and the wide range of options that are available out there. We found a better place for my mother at a lower cost and I told Kriste I would keep her info and recommend her to any friends going through the same thing. She'll make a difficult search easier for you and that's hard to beat.

Kriste Kidd’s service has been invaluable to my family in so many ways. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. My 82 year old Mother lived with my family for 6 years. Over the years, we considered moving her to a facility but the process was overwhelming and finances were always a concern. I started working with Kriste in mid July 2021 while my Mother was in a rehab hospital after a long hospital stay. With Kriste’s help, we moved my Mother from the rehab hospital to a facility in less than 2 weeks. Kriste connected me with financial resources I didn’t know were available, despite having worked with various government agencies over the years. Her connections within the industry are deep and broad. She accompanied me on a tour of 3 facilities and coached me through the visits without any pressure. Once a facility was selected she coordinated all the paperwork required between the rehab hospital and new facility. I could have never handled that on my own. The day of the move there was a slight hiccup and Kriste jumped in to help. Things were resolved quickly and the move went smoothly. Throughout my Mother’s last hospital stay, I stumbled upon another senior advisor service. That organization was extremely pushy. My phone rang within 1 minute of submitting my information online and before I knew it, I was scheduled for 6 tours. It felt aggressive and very sales like. When I researched the facilities on my own I found they were all rated poorly. It just felt wrong and I knew I needed something more. Thank goodness I found Kriste and Oasis Senior Advisors.

I can't say enough good things about Kriste Hartman Kidd. I got her name from Social Services and she has been like my Fairy Godmother. We took in a friend who's family didn't want him and then COVID struck. No one to call and no one to help. Offices were closed, where to turn. So for the last year and a half my husband and I have been treading water and doing it on our own. Then another call to Social Services once offices were truly open again and Kriste's name and number were given to me. I called her and things have been falling into place like magic. She sent me facilities that David qualified for. Arranged Zoom tours, sat with David and I through those. Answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. David chose Elizabeth's House in Hagerstown and seems excited about it. Kriste has sent me the paperwork I need to have filled out to get things moving. I can't believe how fast and efficient this has all been done. I wish more people worked like Kriste does, more would get done in this country. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because I would.
