We had the privilege of working with Frank Bozzonetti when purchasing our first home. We were expecting to be constantly overwhelmed just like the horror stories we had heard about buying house but our experience was the complete opposite. Frank took care of EVERYTHING from scheduling our first walk through to meeting the pest inspection company when we were unable to. I felt comfortable to ask any questions that I had (which were quite a lot) and was encouraged to do so. He was so personable but also very professional! Because of Frank, we have found our dream home which turned out to be our first home. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Frank and the entire Weichert Realtors team.

Our realtor, Kim Serio, was amazing during the process of selling our home. She made sure we understood every step of the process, explained every detail, and got our home under contract in 8 days! She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

Very disappoint in the experience. Agent didn't have knowledge of our neighborhood but wanted to hold an open house every weekend with no traffic. Inspector stated that she seemed disinterested in the process which was clear when it came to negotiate the repairs. Poor advocate for the client and poor negotiator. Excessive texting and emailing including early on the weekends, very unprofessional. No concern for the clients safety and well being. Lied and misinformed but hey they got the sale which is clear is all that matters to them! We as the client were left to deal with the mess that we were never informed could happen. Very unprofessional firm.
