I have learned that when I have a problem with the claim, that I should contact your office for help as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I have had two claims within the past year - one at home and one with our car. Both times there were issues to resolve that are not supposed to be handled by the agents, but rather the adjusters. However, Jamie stepped up to the plate and resolved them with dogged determination! She made sure that things were handled properly and checked back with me to assure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Both were also rather time consuming and others might have not bothered as it was not part of their job. So thank you to Jamie and Jennifer for your assistance! Would highly recommend you both!
