The Elms at Old Mill

Cierra has been very accommodating and incredibly helpful in every way possible, since even before moving in. The grounds are very well maintained and have never had to wait more than a day for any service needed. Great staff, and great buildings aswell, especially after the exterior renovations.

Something seems to be happening here everyday. With tons of weed smoking, people sitting on the stoops at night, and the leasing office trying to get every penny out of you..For the new price, go somewhere else.

Working with Cierra and the rest of the team here has made the move-in experience very positive! Any and all concerns are addressed promptly. The maintenance team is great as well!

My experience has been great I like the cleanliness of the internet and exterior of the apartments. I picked this complex because of the washer and dryer and the location is perfect. The best part is since I have been here is I have not seen and roaches or mice, I am happy with my unit. -

I have been so impressed with the staff at The Elms, especially Cierra Ervin who has interacted with us since we first visited the complex. She is the reason we determined to select this as our living option. Cierra is the epitome of a knowledgeable and caring professional who was so helpful that we have determined that she represents the ideal model of customer service. There is not an aspect of the complex that she and the staff are not cognizant of and attentive to. Additionally, how unusual is it for a resident to simply visit Cierra and the staff because they are a delight-respectful, humorous, and always planning another activity for the residents. This management team is unparalleledit is not just a job for them, but their mission is to create an atmosphere of unity, caring, safety, and togetherness.
