Rutland Beard Floral Group

My partner and mother in law ordered me valentines flowers that they wanted to come earlier rather than later. Which is absolutely fabulous. But unfortunately my jaw dropped at the fact that this arrangement had even left the building. The rose petals look really beaten and old part of the babys breath looks well bent out of shape And there was foliage that had leaves ripped off the top and ripped in half All the of the stems were not cut properly for proper hydration they need to be cut at a angle. Inside of the water there are still leaves attached to the stems which will cause early rotting making the water not clean for the flowers to drink from. they will not last longer than two days that way The arrangement in itself is so disproportionate I wanted to redo it but I feel as though that wont be necessary. Working as a florist I know this is all an art within itself and if a new florist had created this there should still be some quality control Im more than happy to accept this art piece being proportional in its own unique way but when it leaves your shop looking like its about to die that will always lead to another not so positive review. I hope in some way this can help for future purchases I want all my fellow florists to flourish

My recipient received her flowers late in the evening from our neighbor, because they were erroneously delivered to our neighbor's home. Also, the balloon I ordered was not included in the delivery, and they said (via email) that the flowers were delivered HOURS before they were actually delivered. * Update: The attached photo of the flowers was taken on the next morning after delivery.

The worst florist I have ever experienced. They constantly deliver flowers late, or not at all. They do not contact the sender to let them know if theres an error, and they will not refund money unless you threaten to contact the better business bureau. Their arrangements are pathetic, and they will send dead flowers, rotting and brown. Its embarrassing to receive flowers from Rutland beard. Do not use!!

What was supposed to be fresh flowers delivered on my birthday, turned into a basket full of wilted and sparsely arranged " "bottom of the barrel" in quality arrangement. Shame on you for charging $100. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORAL GROUP!!!

Rutland Beard Floral Group was used as a result of an order submitted via a National floral fulfillment company. This florists was a day late and wrong on two different occasions. They will not get a third opportunity from me or my family. On both occasions, they lied to the National dispatch about the delivery being completed. It wasnt delivered on the date confirmed and the florist would not answer the number provided by Fromyouflowers. This last order was submitted more than two weeks in advance and was still wrong and late. A flower was specifically selected for the recipients birthday but a day late, my recipient received a different cheap looking floral selection delivered after two calls to the dispatcher. The order resembles a discounted arrangement found in the back of the supermarkets refrigerator. I am currently seeking resolution for this final order.
