I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday at 1:30pm. When I arrived at the location, they were close for the day. No one call to inform me they were closing.

I used this place to pick up my Wish orders. This is not a 9-5 store so you have to hope they have an appointment time that fits your schedule.

Got to the store at 11:30 am. The door is locked. Sign on door states you can only pickup Wish items between 2-4pm. Only 2 hours a day. I guess they only do wish at their convenience. I guess they don't understand people have to work. Don't do wish pickups here. It's a Mickey Mouse operation.

I have reached out 3 times according to their process requesting an appointment with no response or confirmation. I sent a frustrated message saying I want to pick up my stuff and got a response saying they are dealing with a family emergency. But still no confirmation. and no appointment. The entire area in front of their door is FULL of packages just sitting there. Some of the labels are worn and weathered and who knows how long they have been there. I understand that things happen and emergencies come up, but ultimately there is still a business to be run and people are depending on these deliveries and the convenience of a local pick up option. There has been nothing convenient about this. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will NEVER use this business. I will pay more to have them delivered to my home.
