Worst and most unconsiderate and inexperienced and unlicensed technicians who just are in rush to say they went out there but do jot do any service never show up on the scheduled timeframe worst people ever not appreciative of new business and customers

We've been using Emerald Plumbing for 7 years now; so that's got to say something. They do the job right. We live in an older home that was not previously well maintained and have done extensive work with Emerald Plumbing over the years—plumbing, hvac, crawlspace encapsulation. This includes the unfortunate event of replacing our sewer line out to where it meets the city's portion...huge expense and undertaking. I will say none of the work has been cheap but no corners are cut. We are left feeling confident they did a good job and that they stand behind their work. Working with all the different employees over the years has been a pleasant experience and even the owner has been hands-on at times and responsive. We are a part of their seasonal maintenance program. And while I understand it is all about customer retention, we do find value in it. The service reps do more than change your filter. Ty, Rod, James and John in particular, is exceptional. Their work is thorough and explanations. Lots of information to make your own choice and no pressure in selling you on additional services. Emerald Plumbing provides great service and work and we will continue to use them. Services: Toilet installation, Boiler installation, Pipe repair, Sewer repair
