We hired them for a post wedding breakfast. Everything was delicious- our chef Alejandro showed up before the event to set up, was very professional, and kind! We would recommend!

My step mother used these guys a while back and the omelettes where great, and the chef sent they sent to us was phenomenal, but the owner Mr. Dun is the reason we will never go back! He is rude, and made our whole experience not worth it. If it wasn’t for Angie we would have went somewhere else. My step mother and the rest of my family will never come back to this company only Because of how the owner treated us. The old owner ran this company with pride, dignity, and RESPECT! It’s just not there anymore with the new owner. I hate writing reviews but this had to be written I hope this helps out or at least give you a warning.

Hired the omelette man for my best friends Bridal Shower and I can’t say enough great things! Everything was perfect. The food tasted great, the chefs were friendly and prompt! Thanks for everything!

WARNING - BUYER BEWARE - STEER CLEAR!! ZERO Stars - This company has gone way downhill. We contracted with The Omelet Man several months in advance for a post-wedding brunch. A written contract was created spelling out every detail including most importantly, date and time. We re-confirmed all information 30 days prior and then again with Steve, the owner/manager a week before the event. Sunday morning they were supposed to arrive at 10:30am and cook between 11:30-12:30. When no one arrived at 10:30, I immediately called. Their voicemail provided an emergency after-hours number for Steve. I called that number and continued to call that number for an hour while our 50 hungry guests arrived at our house. No response until after the chef was supposed to start serving food. Finally, Steve called back and said the chef “got the time wrong!!” He said the chef could be there in an hour and twenty minutes (so he could be serving food two hours after he was scheduled). By that time our guests would be finished and gone. Instead, we served left-overs and ran out to the store in a frenzy to buy supplies for a make-shift breakfast which we prepared ourselves - instead of visiting with friends and family. My advice is: Do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this useless company!! You’ll be glad you did! ********** Update 10-18-2019 Just read response from owner. He said the chef had the original draft with a 1pm start time and didn't get the final draft. This unsurprisingly is a total lie. I'm holding the original contract dated March 20th (3-1/2 months before the event, July 7) which clearly states the arrival time as 10:30am. That was always the time and it was never changed from the beginning. If you want a company that doesn't show up for an event despite a written contract from 3-1/2 months earlier, and then lies to cover up their mistake, then The Omelette Man is for you!
