I was driving from MA to MD after a surprise visit with family. I was going through NY during the afternoon commute with lots of traffic. I was somewhat confused by the directions my GPS was giving me and didn't realize right away that I needed to be in the right lane to exit and the highway signs showed the middle lane. When I realized I needed to move over, I put on my directional and pulled to the right and stopped waiting for the traffic to move so I could pull in front of a tractor trailer truck. As soon as the traffic moved I tried inching over more. The driver of the truck immediately pulled up quickly to keep me from pulling in and almost hit my car. I pulled up a little more and again tried to pull over as I was blocking traffic behind me. He again moved up quickly almost hitting me so I couldn't move over. I drive a Chevy Trax which is not a big vehicle and felt very threatened by his actions.
