    I worked with Medina and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was so patient, answered all of my questions (I had plenty, trust me) and had the best attitude. She made the experience fun and relaxed, I loved working with her and would recommend her to absolutely everyone! The car I purchased however...I have only had the car for 10 days. At the time of purchase the car ran great, it had a bluetooth and USB issue but I was told that an appointment would be made for me and Enterprise would foot the bill as part of my purchase agreement. I had to reach out to the manager TWICE during the following week just to get the appointment made. I was told by the manager, Jude, that I would be contacted by the Ford dealership to make my appointment. I never heard from anyone for 7 days. I called Enterprise back and was told that they made me an appointment but no one ever called me to make me aware of this. When I asked for the date, time, and location for my appointment I was given a date and told they don't know what time my appointment was made for and that I would need to contact the dealership. When I asked which dealership I was provided with the information for THE WRONG DEALERSHIP and had to call Enterprise back AGAIN. I finally got the correct information for the location of my appointment and was able to get the rest of the details on my own. Then yesterday MY CAR OVERHEATS AND BREAKS DOWN! Again, I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 10 DAYS! Luckily the engine is covered under the powertrain warranty but this is a lot to deal with in the span of only 10 days since a vehicle purchase. Medina has been the only person I can contact regularly and that seems to put any effort into actually responding, helping the customers and making sure everyone is happy. The manager, Jude, does not seem to have any idea what is going on and made the remainder of my experience a complete headache. My appointment for my car repairs are next week. I'm just hoping things get better from here.

    I'm giving this review to brag about Rob Olson. He is the reason why I am giving 5 stars. Rob is one of the nicest, professional, caring and energetic human beings that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Rob wasn't the main salesperson I dealt with, but my experience with him was better than it was with Andrew. My car buying experience was already a frustrating one. I thought I had found the car I wanted but it wasn't a good fit. I brought the car back and Andrew seemed disinterested. It went from him constantly texting me about coming to see this particular car, to barely no texts and when I told him I was coming back to keep looking at cars, he barely communicated with me. That irritated me further. He did find the car that I got instead of the original car, but since then, no follow up texts. No asking how everything went. Nothing. Rob took care of me when I got the second car. As soon as I pulled up, he was pulling up in the car. He had it cleaned, and ready to go for me. As always, he was so kind and funny. The process was smooth and we enjoyed talking about our children who are around the same age. Rob really turned it around and made me feel wonderful about this second vehicle. He deserves his praises! If you go to Enterprise in Timomium, ask for ROB. Keep up the awesome work, Rob! You are a wonderful person! Thank you!!!
