I called today to try and price out some new equipment for my restaurant. I figured I'd call national restaurant equipment since I attended high school with a family member of the owners. The receptionist was very friendly and connected me with someone in sales immediately. However, my conversation didn't get too far. This sales person was extremely rude. To the point that I had to hang up. She seemed to be aggravated that I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I love this place but it's my secret. Enough said. Period. Find out for yourself if you're a serious cook who cares about the food you make and not the bougie brands of equipment you have in your kitchen.

This is the worst service there is, we got a brand new refrigerator from these company suggested by the sales rep, the refrigerator never work we contact them about the issue they dint want to replacement we find out that the compressor was broke, when they delivered it charge 300. 00 so we Contacted the manufacturer they said National equipment should have resolved this issues, we try to talk to the general manager an he refused to talked an dint do anything to resolved our situations. I would not recommend it never again!!
