        The Worst! 4 hours late. Came out and banged around on my furnace for 20 minutes. Said it needed to be taken apart and acid washed for $1600. Couldn’t do work that trip and had me schedule a return appointment the next day. I stupidly paid towards the next visit. Thermostat read 59 next morning, so I called and scheduled someone. He came, rinsed the filter off and it worked fine. Magnolia refused me any refund from my previous payment. Do not use them. They are a rip off. Service: HVAC repair
