We called Remedy to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Upon arrival, his team sealed the pipes, ran a water test, and certified all was fixed. A week later the leaked continued He told us the leak was coming from the upstairs bathroom. I told him we would pay for his services to go back and fix the problem, but he refused, stating his in Ohio and no one from his company could help. No sense of customer service. I understand leaks take time to identify, but I was willing to work with him to solve it. Unprofessional Service: Pipe repair
