What a absolutely horrible experience. Please dont give them your money. I requested a cross that was so awful and so unprofessional. When I arrived at the funeral the family told me they were the worst flowers they had ever seen. I contacted them immediately and no response was given. I called them the next week. They claimed no one makes them and how hard they are to make. WtH does that have to do with me. You took $260.00, didnt tell me you couldnt make them the flowers were absolutely awful. They have nothing to say I requested my money back they have not called me back its been all week and I would absolutely recommend no one do business with these people that are so unprofessional! What a disgrace to tell me how hard it was to try to make something after you have taken my money. And they were told in time to retrieve the awful flowers I contacted them at the funeral Please they took my money dont let them take yours

Online ordering was very easy and hassle free. The flowers delivered were beautiful and high quality. The recipient loved them. a great experience, would use this florist again!

Item was not delivered to the recipients door but rather left in the mailroom. Had to have someone search for it and it took two days beyond delivery for it to actually get to where it was supposed to.

Very good service! I called at 4:00 PM and they were able to personally deliver my important bouquet to a grieving family member who had just lost a friend. It was such short notice but was delivered in 2 hours. Thumbs up!

What an amazing experience I placed an order via telephone for a local delivery in Laurel. When the flowers weren't received, I contacted Agape Flowers & Gifts to find out what happened. Unfortunately, I messed up and gave the florist the wrong delivery address (the intended recipient had recently moved). The florist was so accommodating even though it was my mistake. He not only sent his driver back to the wrong delivery address to see if they could recover the flowers but he also promised that if they could not recover the flowers, he would make a new bouquet and have them delivered to the correct address. Talk about excellent, above and beyond customer service. I was so impressed with his understanding and willingness to make sure the flowers were delivered as intended. Not only was this florist understanding and accommodating, they delivered a beautiful flower arrangement, Thank you so much! I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs.
