So my initial experience before this one was a fluke and I was angry.... keep reading, this gets better. I contacted the GM who put me in touch with the Service Manager, Jesse. From that point on it got extremely better. I had Jesse's cell number and he called me, heard my concern and told me to bring my car in first thing Monday morning. I was there at 6:55 a.m. and there were 3 cars in front of me. I left my car and Jesse called me at about 10:00 a.m. and told me what was wrong with the car. He asked all of the right questions about the car and allowed me to ask questions for my own understanding. I had recently had some work done somewhere else on breaks, calipers, etc. and I asked him if my car required any of this work. He said no, he could tell that I had new breaks, etc. I also had a check engine light on that was bugging me. Jesse gave me the breakdown of what needed to be done and I said --- do it all! I asked if he could get it all done today because I had an appointment the next morning. He said, it's a lot of work, but I'll talk to the technician and get back to you. The technician said that it could be done and it would be after 5pm when the repairs would be complete. Jesse sent me a text at 5:30 p.m. stating that the repairs were complete and the car was ready. When I arrived they were all ready for me. Although my initial visit went a little left, I understand that these days come and go....... but the way it ended was short of awesome! I will no longer get oil changes from other places. I will always call Chevy AutoNation of Laurel, MD when I need service. The saying is true, it doesn't always matter how you start, it's how you finish! My car has over 113,000 miles and rides like it is brand new! This is also my 3rd Chevy vehicle. The second one that I purchased from this dealership! Keep up the good work AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel!

OMG went into AutoNation for a transmission issue. 14 weeks later have my vehicle return. Never had a vehicle so dirty in my life. It's like they never cared about taking care of my vehicle. The service manager and the general manager never ever return a phone call. GM Corporation was just as bad with customer service center. Was told my service advisor was out on sick leave. Shouldn't they have turned my repair over to another adviser? And again no call for 14 weeks. The only reason I knew the basis of what was going on because I went to the technician watch was a good guy. But it seems like he had his hands tied. I think that the management personal opinions into my auto repair. Will never advise anyone, and will never ever go back to AutoNation dealerships. I was disrespected, not taken seriously about my complaint and the communication was the most poor communication ever all the way from the general manager down to the service advisor. And I'm still unhappy about how dirty and filthy my vehicle was when it was returned. I will contact General Motors corporate. To make my statement complete. I will get a Kia before I ever get another Chevrolet
