Dean and Ricky are the absolute best. I mean they were heaven sent. My girlfriend and I have been trying to get a car for over a month now and every where we went, we had nothing but overall obnoxious experience. However, all that changed the moment we walked in Car America and spoke with Dean and Ricky. Their professionalism, friendliness and communication was amazing. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed and listened to what we wanted. I appreciate the service and standard they had during our experience. Nothing but great and exceptional service! Bravo!

Excellent experience overall. They had a solid price on the car I was looking for, and offered more for my trade-in than other quotes. Great car, great buy. Nice guys and easy to work with through the whole process. They had to snailmail paperwork during election season, and UPS lost documents twice. They kept me in the loop and got everything cleared up. Highly recommend.

Bought my second car from Car America. Everything was done by phone and all I had to do was sign papers and take possession of truck. Staff was very professional and the office space was very clean. Moe was excellent and very professional.
