The operator on the phone was polite and forthcoming with information regarding price and wait time. I was told that the driver would arrive in 60-90 minutes, he arrived in 50. The driver was friendly which was nice especially when I found out he was nearing the end of his 12 hour shift. The driver took a look at the car gave me an option for a boost or a tow to the mechanic. I chose the boost, saved $100, and drove the car to the mechanic on my own. Based on this experience I would use Automotive Support Services again/recommend their service.

Very professional people. I didn't have to wait at all. The company was in contact with me the whole time. Driver came on time and it was all over in no time.

We gave our car to this towing company for repairing it after a minor accident. They were very helpful, understood our requirements properly, and offered us excellent services at very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this firm to everyone who needs vehicle repair works done.

i had a good experience with this company flat tire from problem with construction issues they came in 15 minutes ( had said within 30min) Another company ( had said they would come in 45 min and after 15 min they still said they were coming in 45 minutes) they quoted me 70 to replace my tire and thats what they charged. guy was polite and helpful. I would use again. hope i dont have to

These people are so nice and kind. They also didnt cost a lot to drive 5 miles up the road it was $50 less than all the others tow services I was around.
