        It took a week to respond to the request and another to replace the appliance. I was without a washing machine for 2 weeks but did not receive an update until I called the leasing office.

        While we love our apartment specifically, we do have some concerns with maintenance & security issues around the community. However, Ja'Nai in the leasing office makes our living experience worthwhile & we appreciate her humility and customer service whenever we have an inquiry. I travel for work often so it is very helpful & relieving to have someone that cares about us & who will speak with my daughter (grown) when I do not have the bandwidth or capability of working with the office - especially in recent times of hardship. We look forward to renewing our lease & continuing to see community improvements! THANKS, JA'NAI ! :)
