Great customer service! They are very caring and professional. I called to verify their hours for Saturday because I wasnt going to arrive until 5:00 PM when they were closing. They told me to come through anyway. I placed my order over the phone and they had it ready when I arrived. You dont find this type of customer service anymore. Thank you again! My mom will be so happy when I arrive with the things that she needs.

I've been going to Norbrook for over 10 years and the quality of customer service has always been outstanding. They also offer a great selection of medical items without having to wait for special orders. The staff generally gives a 10% discount for senior citizens even when the items are picked up or purchased by younger individuals for their parents or love ones. I highly recommend this store and I'm grateful for the time they take answering questions, making recommendations and securing the best items.
