I have been calling emailing and even going to the rental office to have my ceiling fixed in my living room for over 4 months now and still nothing even after housing sent a notice saying it have to be fixed by tomorrow morning

The staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Maintenance is horrible. There is also no hot water in the units. We are looking to move as soon as the lease is done!

If I could give this place a negative 7 review, I would. I change my previous 5 star review because these people are thieves and hooligans. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

I am resident here. I don’t EVER write reviews but this treatment is ridiculous. I have called, put in maintenance request and to no avail has much work been done to fix my maintenance requests I have establish on their site. I haven’t had proper ac since July. Last Sunday, I place a request in for a WASP nest on my balcony and I look today to see online that the work is completed. No one has come by for this. I’m sick and tired of the non communication and can’t wait to leave here. My dishwasher isn’t draining and somebody came by and started my machine as if he didn’t believe me. He gave me his number and told me to call him when it’s done. So I did. He told me he would come by tomorrow that was Wednesday. It’s now Saturday and I had to sop up the water that was sitting in the dishwasher cause I don’t want the dishwasher to stink. This is just an example of what I have to deal with here. Techs are friendly, they actually take time to explain what/how they are going to fix the problem. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Update - Well it was all good 2 years ago now not so much. The complex has been in a steady decline since my initial review. The air conditioning is constantly breaking down - we are on day 4 of a summer hot streak and still no air conditioning! I submitted 2 requests, called multiple times and no answer at maintenance. The rental office has not been answering the phones the past few days either but when they do you'll be told anything just to get you off the phone. Turnover is high you never know who's coming and going. It's sad to see a once coveted property turn into a ghetto. I pay 1710, have paid rent consistently all through covid there is no reward for good tenants.
