This is the second time with my two kids that I have waited over 2 hours to be seen with an appointment set for 8:30. The nurse was playing inappropriate music while doing my 9 year old X-rays. I will never be back. I gave two stars because kid spider man was on.

This is the worst dental office. Would not recommend scheduling with this office. I called to reschedule my sons appointment for a different date, when going to the appointment date office denied seeing my son just because I didnt confirm appointment via text. Then I rescheduled his appointment for a later date the office gave me and then office called me to cancel due to provider not in the office. Worst customer service. Staff very rude and unprofessional.

Twice they have canceled my son's appointment, it is incredible that they play with the person's time, the first time they gave me the appointment date for the 6-month cleaning and they did not notify me that my appointment was canceled, since That date that they had canceled, they gave me the appointment for today, Thursday, March 28 at 4:00 p.m. and I arrived and it was closed, I called the office, they answered me, I told them that I had an appointment for today Thursday at 4 and the office is closed, the person who answered me, answered me with astonishment, because they supposedly close at 5 He asked me what the office was, I told him in landover, and he only told me that they had to close early, when I was making the call, I was in the parking lot, and a girl from the staff comes out, I think it's not fair that As a parent, we make the time to be able to take our children to medical appointments, we ask for leave at work and for what?, for nothing, no notice, no message, no call, they don't notify you that your appointment is canceled you have to be MORE RESPONSIBLE AND MORE SERIOUS are the person or people in charge of making the appointments.

Terrible customer service. I made an appt online literally a week and a half in advance only for it to be cancelled because I didnt fill out paperwork that was never sent to me and that I was never told about. So when I called to find out about rescheduling they had rescheduled me, or rather, told me they did. We went over everything, insurance details, a new time, etc. I was never given any confirmation and then was told that the appt was never made. Now obviously I cant get my daughter the appt she needs and no I cant just up and reach because i was off TODAY. This is ridiculous, this company should work better with their communication practices because I was terribly inconvenienced with this utter lack of professionalism.

It used to be a good place, now I don't like it anymore because it's been two times that they cancel my appointment an hour before the appointment and give me an appointment very after and that's not professional. Now they canceled me again and the lady who serves very despotically answered me
