Worst drivers and staff. Drivers have moved into my Lane without looking or signaling forcing me to slam brakes and swerve to avoid them. Another driver from a full stop ran a red to turn left. Phone staff doesn't listen and asks questions when you already gave them information a second ago. I'd rather walk.

really bad service and rude!!! I waited an hour for a taxi that never came when i called back they said they were still looking for a cab for me and when i demand a estimated time they said to wait another hour and when i complained i was hung up on

I use Barwood taxi once or twice a year for the last several years. I have never experienced a "no show." Most recently, I made a reservation for a cab at 4:15 a.m. and the driver showed up at 4:05 - early. The fare was actually somewhat lower than the estimated fare, though I tipped the driver significantly because of the early. The driver (like other drivers) was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable.
